My experience covers a wide variety of projects and abilities.

• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, labor and material costs, site issues, quality control and building code requirements as a General Contractor.
• My experience working on remodeling jobs ranges from small to large including restoration projects of historical homes.
• My business is currently 90% new residential construction from 1,200 sq ft to 12,000 sq ft with the majority at 3,000+ sq ft. The remaining 10% is residential remodeling.
• I can build using pre-drawn architectural plans or design, draw and build totally custom to meet clients needs and desires.
• I have personally worked on all phases of construction, from site work to finish out. I have seriously done it all!
• I have owned and ran my own granite/solid surface and cabinet shop.
• I design and build custom timber trusses up to 50' clear span.
• I currently own a steel shop used to manufacture iron works like stairs, handrails and various other wrought iron works. I am able to custom fabricate ironworks.
• I have extensive hands on roof experience.
• For several years I worked as an all inclusive builder which means I am responsible for time, employees, and cost management.
• I'm very hands-on and like to use modern technology while always looking for a better way.
• Tackling difficult design issues and working them out is one of my specialties. Many builders can't do or won't do many of the projects that I can and enjoy.
• Thinking outside the box and studying different approaches is a "can do" attitude from three generations of family builders.
