I designed the first dealership aftermarket department and put it on Computerized inventory for the first time ever in the dealership history. At that time all F&I paperwork was done with pen and ink and printed on dot matrix printers.

I also set up the initial contacts to get the dealership set up with Reynolds and Reynolds Dealership Management Software which I believe they still use today.

I worked closely with Barry Keating-New Car Sales Manager and John Grant- GM to develop and train all sales personnel in both new and used sales departments as well as inner office Body shop and Service department.
