As a 5th Grade Language Arts Teacher I was responsible or developing strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues by maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a supportive learning environment. I was also responsible for managing classroom behavior effectively by establishing clear expectations, modeling appropriate conduct, and consistently enforcing established rules and consequences as well as creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment that promoted emotional well-being and academic growth for all student and developing a curriculum that included student engagement through the use of interactive teaching methods, such as group projects and hands-on activities.

As a 5th grade Language Arts and Social Studies teacher, I managed classroom behavior effectively by establishing clear expectations, and consistently enforcing established rules and consequences. I also included interactive teaching methods such as group projects Socratic Seminars and interactive assessments.
