Work included site utilities, parking garage and new construction of A and B buildings.

Responsible for reviewing drawings and Submittals for accuracy and detail, assuring all work was performed according to specifications.

Construction cost was estimated at $1.2 Billion dollars.

Provided additional utility upgrades and site work on National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICOE), where construction cost was $74 million.

Phase 2 is an additional $181 Million.

Responsible for the oversight on a second parking garage $27 million, construction of 3 Fisher Houses $15 million, A 2.5-megawatt generator at the central utility plant $8.5 million, and 3 new Gate entrances with a Visitor Center and perimeter road $18 million.

This work also covered new roadways and hospital parking lots, along with repaving of existing road surfaces as needed throughout the Installation.
