  • Developed a standardized format for Insurance Program procedural documents, converted 8 performance based agreement accounts into the standardized format. This simplified the store level employees by giving them the requirements in a simple and easy to access format.
  • Managed Compliance with insurance programs assisting shops with completing training on time, reviewing and making sure required documents were uploaded to multiple compliance sites used by the carriers.
  • In response to the travel restrictions during COVID developed a remote GAP review process to document GAPS between Driven Brands requirements for locations and their current status. Purpose of this document was to get a feel if the franchise candidate was a good fit and to make sure the candidate was aware of expenses that would be incurred during the integration process.
  • Managed OEM certifications for ABRA and CARSTAR franchise locations, worked with representatives of the various OEM certification teams as an intermediary with the locations to ensure compliance items were completed timely by the stores.
