• Safely and Courteously escort Guests of the Venue to their seats and assist with crowd Control. Offer the highest level of service to up 4500 Guests.

Hire, Train, Audit and Manage approximately 300 Train and Engine crews for Safety and Operating Rules compliance on Mountain District between Davis Ca. and Sparks Nv, including Canyon Districts from Roseville to Portola, Ca. Duties to include Training and Qualifying TE&Y Crews on General Code of Operating Rules, Hazmat Instructions, as well as all Safety Rules. Investigate all Injuries, Derailments, and incidents. Work Closely with other entities such as Amtrak, other Major Freight Carriers, Short Line Railroads and Private Contractors.

• Manage Oakland Train Yard and Intermodal Terminal, and Supervise territory between San Luis Obispo, Ca and Davis Ca, Including South San Francisco. Train, Audit and Supervise Train and Engine Crews, work closely with Customers with all type of products to ensure their needs were met and they received the utmost in Customer Satisfaction.

• Manage Roseville Terminal Switching Yard to ensure on time train performance while working safely and efficiently. Ensure all Departments ie. Car, Locomotive and Transportation Departments and working together to maintain the same goals.

• Ensure Safe and efficient movement of Trains between various terminals while adhering to all applicable rules and requirements.

• Dispatch Train Movement between various Territories safely and expeditiously.

Duties included operating telegraph office in locations such as Norden, Truckee, Lovelock, Colfax, and Woodland California Working with Freight Customers of all types to ensure all Customers receive quality Customer Service. Managing office duties and working with customers and shippers, as well as operating various types of heavy and industrial equipment.
