I started in construction when I was very young and I’ve come across a lot of different scenarios and situations. Throughout my career, I realize construction was my passion. I became a superintendent because I thought at that point in my career, I was better off on using the knowledge that I had rather than trying to do everything myself. Obviously, on large jobs, that is impossible. I have an understanding on how time and budgeting is particularly important to each project not only for the customer but also creates a trusting relationship between the company that I represent, and the client that we’re working with. I have learned several types of project management tools and give my best 100% at a time. I maintain good relationships with all subcontractors. And create strong ties to all City, Fire, and Health inspectors. I am looking for a company that I will stay with until the end of my career. I take my role very seriously but also try to keep everything light on the job site. I feel that I’m an asset to the company that I will be working for and will strive to create a safe, efficient and professional worksite. I have a goal of getting ground up experience. I currently have 15 years of experience as a superintendent.
