I have been a fencer ever since I was six years old. That being said I developed discipline though the art of fencing that I have incorporated in my daily life. Being a disciplined athlete helped lay the ground work not only for sports but, most importantly life. Even though, I struggled terribly with dyslexia and subsequently was bullied as a result of it. Thankful, having a coach who pushed me to be better than myself and instilled discipline in me. I was now given the tools to over come a minor inconvenience in my life. I continued to push on with my studies and strive for new heights.
I had a great opportunity to teach students with learning disability.
