• Engineering manager for a grass roots plant located in Lianyungang China. Led the detail engineering effort at the EPC offices in Beijing and provided on site technical support throughout construction. Outlined the turnover and commissioning sequence in preparation for Start-up.
• Process Engineering Manager located in Decatur Alabama. Led a team of four process engineers for site improvement projects using the stage gate system and FEL-0 through FEL-4.
• Production Engineering Manager located in Decatur Alabama led a team of five engineer's and championed continuous improvement initiatives and solving operations problems. Used root cause analysis and found and corrected the primary cause for major operational upsets resulting in environmental concerns.
• Led a project review effort for an economically challenged project. Developed new ideas that revised the project scope and business objective which, significantly improved the economics and success.

• Lead Process Design Engineer over several successful projects, coordinated resources effectively to meet stringent project objectives.
• Production Superintendent over a PSM covered process, responsible for safety, compliance, costs, continuous improvements and small projects.
• Operation Excellence Team conducting site analysis in the North American region improving production costs and best practices.
