I am a shift commander at Kinross correctional facility. My job is to coordinate with Sergeants and make sure our staff are doing their jobs. Making decisions on the daily operations of the prison. I create schedules and make sure that staff a completing their required training. Also part of my job duties is managing a 1280 bed correctional facility.

I love sports and enjoy watching them wether it pro, college and exspecilly my childeren. When I am not working I spend as much time as I can with my children and wife. Most of the time with family is going to their events or local activities in our community. My biggest thing in life is mine and my families faith as that is what keeps us grounded and helps my metal self deal with working in a prison.
