Started at Entry level with no experience in 1983. Promoted to setup, ink mixing in 1985. 1987 moved to printer and color matching. 1989 moved to Chief pressman And operator. In 1992 I was was chose to head up a team to purchase a new Gravure press, and all the support equipmen. 1998 I was promoted to printing manager and in charge of all ink and printing. In 2002 August Busch asked me to be in charge of all color in all plants.
I controlled ink inventory on amounts and color. we purchased 300,000 lbs each month. I worked
ink companies all over the world on Quality and price.
