Worked for 17 years at French Paper Company, progressing through several operational and leadership positions within the paper manufacturing process. Began as a 3rd Hand on the winding machine and was subsequently promoted to Back Tender and Machine Tender, gaining extensive hands-on experience and a deep technical understanding of production operations. Eventually promoted to Shift Foreman, where I was responsible for supervising daily production activities, leading and coordinating personnel, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards, monitoring machine performance, resolving operational issues, and training employees on procedures and equipment. Throughout my tenure, I was recognized for reliability, leadership, strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain productivity and quality in a demanding industrial environment.

Held multiple positions within Keystone RV, beginning in the slide-out department and quickly advancing to Group Leader due to demonstrated leadership skills and technical knowledge. As Group Leader, I supervised personnel, coordinated daily production activities, ensured quality standards, and maintained efficient workflow within the department. I was selected to assist in the opening of a new manufacturing plant, contributing to the organization and startup of operations, and after the facility became fully operational, I continued to lead the slide-out department team at the new location. My performance was marked by strong organizational abilities, leadership under pressure, and a consistent focus on productivity, quality, and team development.
