As a carpenter at IWL duties started out framing parapet walls, installing fire proofing, and installing new roof systems. In the two tours that I spent at IWL Salinas I worked on completing a HIC-FIB building, ADA projects though out the prison, ADA walk way projects though out the prison. I was also involved in coordinating, and construction of the new fence line around the neighboring prison to Salinas Valley.
