With over more than 26years of experience in Solar Construction, Petrochemical, Fossil Fuel, Natural Gas, Nuclear, and Bio-Mass construction. Consistently meeting or exceeding project safety, quality, and schedules and project goals. With a extensive experience managing all aspects of civil, electrical ,mechanical equipment, inspections, commissioning aspects of the project. Project field management experience includes more than 2 GW of total solar projects executed.

Since taking on current position the solar division that was executing 5-10 MW dc annually. Has grown into a robust organization that now executes 100 to 700MW dc a year.

Provide strategic leadership for rolling out portfolio of projects and mitigates potential risk by being proactive in assessing and addressing potential issues. Provides tactical leadership and strategic direction to a staff of Construction Managers, Site Superintendents, CM staff, Project Managers, to ensure project scopes, schedules, and budgets are managed for success. Develop project objectives and provide direction for projects from RFP through final completion. By providing input to the pre-engineering and constructability reviews. Driving the construction efforts and construction execution. Participate in the pre-qualification of all sub-contractors to ensure the best opportunity for project execution. Ensure that safety, quality, cost, environmental, and contract requirements are achieved or exceeded.
