
In my General Manager positions, business ownership and radio history, I have learned virtually everything (both positive and negative) about helping a client grow with great marketing programs. My list of duties after taking over teams that were previously struggling, has been challenging and quite fulfilling. I have written game scripts numerous promotions, started reading and food collections programs within my community and much more all while carrying out the General Manager duties. These include: Executive of the Year 2022 Expedition League, Finalist for GM Of The Year in Coastal Plain League 2023, Total corporate sponsorship sales of over $600,000. in four years, Ticket sales up by over 100% and highest in Expedition League in 2022. Ticket sales doubled for the Wilmington Sharks for 2023. Opening Day for the NJ Jackals on May 9th, 2024 the team SOLD over 7,000 tickets. Highest in the 27 year history of the Jackals. Average ticket sales have jumped from 395 to over 1,800 per game. Meetings with city officials to make ballpark improvements, Obtaining host families for players, Marketing and promotion of team, Three different ticket systems (Ticket Return 2022, OLB 2023 Vivenu 2024), Budgeting for all operations, Working directly with concessions managers, Setting up new and successful fundraising programs in three markets.
