• Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
• Unclogging drains & waste pipes
• Assist lead technician with more complex HVAC/plumbing/electrical problems.
• Basic knowledge & use of hand tools and power tools
• Turn over rooms to prepare them for new residents.
• Complete work orders for residents/staff
• Groundskeeping tasks & maintenance
• Complete Preventative maintenance tasks for the entire islandia building

In this position I often am involved with a variety of building issues & trouble shooting problems. I am the helper for the more experienced technician and understand how to be a good helper.

• Manage team of waiters/waitress, cooks, dish washers at the arbors islandia West
• Hire new team members as needed
• Create schedules for the week
• Various kitchen and cleaning duties
• Customer service for residents

• Manage evening staff - cashiers, stockers, deli crew
• Hire & discipline staff
• Scheduling duties
• Receiving truck deliveries and putting pallets into backroom
• Customer service
• Close store up & hand over to over night crew
