John Jaynes

I am primarily a forklift operator and Barn Associate. In a normal workday I am loading and unloading trucks. Improving warehouse efficiency by moving, and stacking materials making them easy to locate and maintain. Through out the day I work with customers to assist them in finding building materials they need to fit their desired projects. I am one of only a few at my job who has the knowledge to build hydraulic hoses for for farm and ranch equipment and machinery.

I was responsible for overseeing daily operations and customer service, maintaining repair workflows and managing parts inventory.

During my time with Black tie I was a Driver/crew leader. I was generally

responsible for facilitating the entire process on the day of the move.

Interacting with the customers from start to finish. Making customers aware of

their insurance options, and setting them up according to their preferences

even wearing collared shirts and rolling out the red carpet (runners) the day of

the move. We supplied customers with a red carpet moving experience from

beginning to end. I did many long distance moves where I transported

customers belongings across state lines as well as many local moves.
