Accomplishments

As a Management & Program Analyst on Joint Base Lewis McChord I successfully managed multiple programs simultaneously to include leading & teaching the Customer Service with a Smile program based on the Disney Corporations customer service program, while also managing the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) program which gave soldiers airmen, & their family members a resource to provide complaints about services received on base and to provide recommendations for improvement. I was responsible for collecting, reading, collating, summarizing, briefing leadership weekly with my recommendations, & following up with each submission to ensure the whoever submitted physical or digital card was contacted & informed about the outcome of their submission.

Additionally, I played a pivitol role in managing the process for creating the Memorandum of Agreement & Memorandum of Understanding (MOA & MOU) between the Department of the Army & Department of the Airforce to ensure a smooth transition to the joint basing initiative mandated by the U.S. Pentagon's BRAC 2005 proposal to take 26 military branch infrastructures & commingle & downsize to 13 infrastructures to manage the same amount of personnel, equipment, & family members quality of life & servicability.
