- Project Engineer responsible for project management on all land development projects actively grading, as well as the review of all land development projects, including the Fanita Ranch project, a planned community development consisting of 2,994 homes being constructed by HomeFed Corporation
- Completed over 30 residential projects that resulted in the addition of over 2,250 new homes, several private commercial, office and industrial development projects that resulted in thousands of new square feet
- Reviewed hundreds of applications regarding site use and development for residential and commercial building permits
- Project Engineer of the Lantern Crest senior retirement community project. The project is divided into seven phases with 307 units completed, 107 units under construction, and an additional 131 units in plan review
- Coordinated with other agencies and municipalities on projects constructed within the City of Santee, including the County of San Diego Clerk and Assessor’s Office, animal shelter, woman’s detention facility and Padre Dam Municipal Water Department customer service building and campground expansion project
- In addition, I worked closely with the local gas, electric, and communication service providers
- Managed the preparation of the City-wide Master Drainage Study and seismic retrofit of the Carlton Oaks bridge for compliance with State requirements
- Worked on City capital improvements projects including the rehabilitation of Buena Vista Avenue and Railroad Avenue, and the installation of decorative enhancements at the intersection of Town Center Parkway
