To enhance and support the ministry of the pastoral team both by overseeing administrative tasks of the church and by shouldering a portion of the pastoral load (ministry of presence, biblical counseling, etc.) as needed/able, to free the pastor for direct ministry of the word.

As Administrative Pastor (AP), I worked with the staff team, board, and congregation to

implement the vision of the leadership at Community of Believers Cultural Fellowship.

Oversee staff meetings in consultation with the Lead Pastor.

Assist in the opening portion of Wednesday and Sunday services.

Worked closely with Sr. Pastor and leadership team to implement calendar of events and organization of church programs.
