1. Operate any of the pre production lawn equipment sent

to sebring to evaluate and document any and all pros and cons with each machine on a test schedule as prescribed by the Test engineer.

2. Mid Level data entry to include :

a. entering employee hours worked into our hours

worksheet.

b. Entering active machine times to the active Machine

time tracker Sheet.

c. Entering feedback from the other test operators into

the brief / debrief log sheet.

d. Documenting personnel times and hours not worked

into our personnel absentee sheet (I.E. PTO, Vacation

, Sick time ect.)

3. Inventory and ordering of all 6S supplies, Maintaining supply storage area.

4. Correspond with Cintas representative on all safety, first aid, and rapid response equipment, equipment inspections and ordering rapid aid supplies.

5. Oversee the transition from 2nd to 3rd shift to insure all basis are covered (employee to employee) for the on coming work shift.

6. Clean all floors with floor scrubbers at least 1 time a week as part of the 6s maintenance schedule.

7. Acting as Personnel Supervisor.

I help the other employees who are now acting in lead rolls make accurate decisions for the upcoming day by using my experience as a 40+ year heavy equipment operator as a guiding tool for the younger upcoming leads to follow.

SUMMERY

I have been working for Airens Gravely now for 1 year and 3 months and I believe my work ethic, experience with heavy equipment, attention to detail and willingness to work with others to help create and maintain the best work environment possible, That I should be considered, when accepting applications for 3rd Shift lead operator as a prime candidate. As my work history accounts I have longevity at the work place and I have been in lead rolls at the 4 jobs I have had in my life including being a 19yo Sgt. in the U.S.M.C.
