Basketball, Baseball

Avid basketball and baseball fan, on and off the field of play. I find myself attracted to the comraderies of working with a team toward a unified goal. The ability to identify the strengths and challenges within a group of people and support the challenges while highlighting the strengths is one of my favorite things to do in sports and in the work environment.
