Cooking, weightlifting, outdoorsy

Cooking is a guilty pleasure and something I have always enjoyed doing. I cook almost every night for my family and I love to be innovative and create and try new dishes that I have not tried or made yet.

Coming from a Division 1 Athlete environment, I was always apart of some type of training, betterment, and exercise for myself. Track and Field is a passion of mine being able to contribute not only to my health, but the betterment of those I surround myself with, makes it feel like I'm still in that elite environment.

I love being outside, whether is walking my dog, going to the beach, or paddle boarding on the intercostal waterway, I always make time to do something fun and adventurous at least 2/3 times per week. This gets me out of the house and exploring the wonders of this outstanding and beautiful word created right in front of us.
