1. Helped facilitate the participation of 12 St. Johns County School District schools in a HBCU outreach event occurring at the Florida Classic in Jacksonville, Florida

2. Worked closely with Cynthia Williams, 1985 Miss FAMU and current SJCSD Senior Director for Innovation and Equity

• Identified customer needs and wants to enhance customer experiences and boost sales.
• Worked varied hours to meet seasonal and business needs.
• Greeted customers and offered assistance for increased customer satisfaction.
