- I had the opportunity to move to Texas to work for AZ Bus sales.
- This was the first facility in the company to do their own A/C installs. I was one of the people to start up the A/C department.
- We went from doing 6 installs in the first month to doing 40 installs in the month I left.
- Similar to Trans Air I was in charge of the condensers, wiring and training the new hires.
- These units are from Spheros called REVO-ES. They are about 450lbs 10ft long and 5ft wide.
- I was in charge of mounting these units on the roof of the bus.
- This process takes around 20 man hours to complete.
- This job had very little margin for error as I had to cut 36 holes and drill over 400 holes on the roof and inside the bus.
- Focused on installing REVO-ES units over a span of 4-5 months.
- Until the last month I was there, I was the only one to mount the REVO-ES.
- I was able to complete around 75 of these installs.
