Brake system

• Have knowledge of entire brake air system from diagnosing multiple scenarios of brake failure, leaks from simple to complex

• Brake chamber for steer drive axles

• brake hoses, also made brake hoses
• all brake air components such as compressor, relay valve etc
• all wheel end components.

Suspension

Replaced the following components

• air bags
• shocks
• springs and bushings
• entire linkage- tie rod setup
• cab leveling valve and chassis

Cooling System

• Diagnosed coolant leaks, cooling system faults
• replaced parts such as water pump, hoses, radiator, thermostat, fan

Aftertreatment

• experienced with aftertreatment system diagnostics and functions of components

Driveline

• Serviced Ishift filter, pulled and installed transmission

Engine

• Able to navigate Truck dealer portal with correct login

Climate control

• Diagnosed AC faults for entire ac system
• Removed HVAC box for blendoor repair
