I have taught and helped middle students in orchestra improve their skill and talent. Since I've been playing the violin for almost 9 years, and very talented at it, I decided to use that ability to help out younger students. Before each session, I look for what skill each student should practice more and during the session, I try to go over those skills with each student until they are successful.
