Manage Komatsu Fleet of Heavy Mining Equipment at Titan's Mine in Medley, Florida.

This project includes a fleet of nine HD785 100 Ton Haul Trucks, four WA900 Wheel Loaders, nine WA600 Wheel Loaders, and eight additional support machine on site.

As Project Manager I am responsible for all activities supporting this fleet of mining equipment including:

• Staffing and managing all required personnel at this project requiring 24/7 Technician and parts personnel on site.
• Tracking, planning, and managing all scheduled and unscheduled repairs .
• Maintaining a 95% equipment availability rate.
• Creating and managing TMR ( total maintenance and repair) contracts.
• Work directly with customer to help determine current and future Fleet requirements based on their production goals
• Ordering, stocking and tracking of all parts, lubricants, and supplies needed by Technicians
• Maintain MSHA standards throughout workplace and service trucks, perform daily inspections and all required safety training and record keeping.
• Support my Team and their moral to the best of my ability and plan each members path of development.

As Service Manager my duties included:

• Staffing, management, and development of all Technicians , shop and field.
• Communicating with customer on all aspects of service needs from scheduling and planning jobs , creating work orders and processing invoices to maintenance plans and rental needs.
• Communicated with manufactures such as Gradall, KCM, LinkBelt, Sennebogen, and Kaiser on training, warranty and product support needs.
• Conducted all safety inspections and weekly safety meeting.
• Worked with EPA and maintained all records for ground samples required due to preexisting contamination events.

During this time I left my career in Heavy Equipment to try my hand at opening a BBQ restaurant.

• leadperson of Track and Weld shop
• leadperson of Component rebuilding center
• leadperson of paint and sandblast facility
• leadperson of washrack
• In 2008 I was offered Shop Foreman of our Sarasota branch and Staffed and Managed Field and Shop Technicians until I transferred to our Orlando Branch as Shop Foreman of Fabrication/Welding shop, Track Shop, Paint Shop, and Washrack.
