I was responsible for scheduling and repairing all appliance repairs. Calling customers to trouble shoot over the phone to see if they needed a repair. Going into customers homes to make the necessary repairs. Ordering and maintaining inventory, and keep my service van stocked and maintained.

I was responsible for scheduling and supervising all custodial and maintenance needs of the buildings. Ordering all supplies and planning future preventive maintenance. Direct supervisor over all custodians and maintenance workers.

I was responsible for installing and servicing current and new Dish Network customers. Setting up new customer accounts and installing all equipment needed at the customers home. Explaining to customers how to use the new equipment and making sure everything was working as it should included connecting to there WIFI.
