Additional Information

Healthcare worker needing a respite from direct clinical work. As a CRNA, I've worked with countless people, with differing personalities, backgrounds, and positions and have always felt the ability to relate and find common ground in some capacity. In other words I am a people person. Environments I have worked in are many; fast -paced, critical, focused, chaotic and even mundane. Leadership skills have been developed through military training and deployments as well as positions of departmental leadership. My style is hands on but more into motivation than delegation and try to take into consideration of the talents and personality of the individual. I possess a very strong work ethic believe we should always have a purpose for doing something and goals we want to achieve. Character is most important to me and I feel good fortune is achieved by making good decisions derived from good intentions.
