Accomplishments

    I have been doing heating and air conditioning for over thirty years , started as an apprentice ,have done literally all positions throughout my career. From owning operating and running my own company .But have done all aspects from procurement with vendors for company benefits .But with that said I have also done ,

    Including sheet metal fabrication and sheet metal fabrication teaching/instructing.

    Installation of all types of systems and designs for installations . Spear headed install boot camps , done service work and became a very successful selling tech which lead me to my sales career . I worked for very few different companies in my career this is due to the substantial growth in the companies I've been involved with working with .At one point was directly responsible for twenty install crews .In my current role we area growing company I am the operations and sales manager directly responsible for the daily operation's and sales team . Oversee all management of technicians and comfort advisors . Also directly answer to ownership and reporting . Keep up customer relations and help with all aspects of training for the team .
