Doing demolition of kitchen and bathrooms, wall cut downs, light framing, level 4 drywall finishing, installation of kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures, toilets etc, basetrim and base shoe, doors and hardware, knobs etc. Drywall patches and texture. Tv brackets and various other work orders.

• Worked closely with senior managers to ensure that all projects were completed according to schedule.

Complete work orders on 50 properties. Fix and clean vacated units to rerent.

• Implemented cost-effective solutions for routine repairs and upkeep tasks.
• Resolved tenant maintenance requests promptly to enhance satisfaction levels.
• Reviewed work orders, allocated resources, assigned tasks, and established priorities for completion of jobs.
• Inspected facilities to determine problems and schedule necessary maintenance.
