  • In this role, my job is to accelerate national sales performance, competencies, and talent development through collaboration and the leadership of US Sales Excellence Managers, instructional designers, and cross functional leaders. The objective is to design and deliver best-in-class training and development programs focused on Nevro’s portfolio of products and procedures in spinal cord stimulation and SI joint fusion after an acquisition (Vrysa Technologies), including large-scale enhancements and re-launches to onboarding, new hire training, field training, management development, and performance evaluation.
  • Designed and delivered first portfolio new hire training for SCS and SI joint procedures to over 100 hires in 2024

  • In this role, my job was to exceed U.S national company revenue goals and lead a first in industry market development sales team, to launch & expand the first non-pharmacologic treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy: HFX for PDN. Nevro was first to obtain the PDN indication, with proprietary 10-kHz spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and developed a sales force to support the new treatment pathway. Designed sales training, clinical sales strategy, & incentive compensation plans to align to goals.
  • Delivered $50M in revenue by end of the first full year after building and launching an entirely new sales team
  • Achieved #1 Region in 2021, for the launch of HFX for PDN, thru intentional culture creation and sales execution
  • Won 100% Club Award by delivering 108% to Quota in 2022

The category of blood glucose monitoring was competitive, crowded, declining, and had experienced significant price pressure. In 2013 J&J dissolved the LifeScan salesforce into its sister company Janssen Pharmaceuticals. To stimulate growth in 2018, LifeScan launched a dedicated contract selling organization and under my leadership, to design and execute salesforce infrastructure of territory alignment, customer selection, call frequency & coverage plan, productivity metrics, incentive compensation, training, and compliance.
