Summary

During a working career in both a traditional office setting and operating a privately owned building company there have been personal acquisitions such as experience, education, communicative abilities, and skills that are required to achieve the goals of the organization by implementing its strategic strategy and plans within the company policy and procedures. Experience includes overseeing as many as 70 personnel in the so-called corporate setting to identifying and implementing every and all aspects of home construction. Whether it be corporate, or self employed it has always been the job to see that other people do their job while operating within the boundaries of whatever appropriate entity set them in place.

Now, I would like to assist in the construction of homes and buildings under the umbrella of a larger company. Having previously overseen construction for personal projects as a licensed G.C. since 1998. The single biggest reason to make this change is that there is no longer desire to be solely financially responsible for the construction in which I take part. Costs have grown beyond what a small building company like mine feels comfortable undertaking in the future. I love the process of putting something on this Earth that families will flourish within for years to come, it is the most rewarding part of the job.

Responsible for all aspects of commercial and single-family home building.
