I am fortunate to have completed the Evolve200 course in Fremont where I learned many strategies to be the best leader I can be. I try to better myself every day and approach every situation as an opportunity to better my team and our overall performance. I am thorough at understanding site metrics and how to improve them. I find strength in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and knocking down barriers for my team.
