
Highly motivated and result-driven leader at the Toronto-Oakville service center since November 2022. I have had an incredible opportunity to work with this outstanding team and lead them to back to back Maple awards (top store in Canada for Q4 2023, Q1 2024) with sales and delivery in collaboration. I am fortunate to have completed the Evolve200 course in Fremont where I learned many strategies to be the best leader I can be. I try to better myself every day and approach every situation as an opportunity to better my team and our overall performance. I am thorough at understanding site metrics and how to improve them. I find strength in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and knocking down barriers for my team.
