• Generate proposals for customer integration regarding all facets of physical financial security in retail and corporate institutions
• Collaborate with Account Executives to promote financial growth and territory expansion for several multi-million dollar accounts
• Develop daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual timelines with integration teams and accounts to ensure all site integrations are completed by their deadlines
• Facilitate scheduling with local teams for site surveys, site installations, meetings with subcontractors and other integrators, and go-backs/change orders
• Create detailed CAD drawings of branch blueprints, indicating previous and new locations for equipment, while meeting account specifications

• Led and assist discussions between internal teams and accounts to develop project solutions when unique situations arise:
• Address all customer inquiries, including service work order creation, scheduling of calls, and call status tracking
• Create work orders in customer specific software daily and work with local offices to ensure scheduling meets customer metrics for planned maintenance and service
• Facilitate weekly service reviews with local offices to ensure customer metrics are met
• Review service work order invoices for accuracy and submit work orders for payment to customer
• Provide medication monitoring equipment to pain, psychiatric, and addiction management physicians
• Offer custom integration for lab results into physician specific electronic medical record systems
• Utilize drug testing tools to confront the opioid epidemic
• Employ, manage, and train staff members to appropriately perform collection in medical facilities
• Develop new territory for sales in Illinois/Wisconsin
• Effectively communicate biochemical systems and reactions with medical practitioners
