One of my greatest strengths is my intellectual ability to describe what I have the ability to do so others can learn it. I have a strong talent in the ability of being able to find what is most important and learn what is necessary to complete a job. From chimney experience to building stages at renaissance faires I have many skills when it comes down to construction and doing the work. Whether it entails cutting with a skillsaw or spreading concrete. Whatever the job entails I do my very best with the knowledge I've gained from the experience I have obtained. If I don't know how to complete a task I feel no shame in going out of my way to ask somebody that does. Whether it be a supervisor or somebody on the other line paid to help figure out how to fix and maintain specific appliances. I am happy to do good clean honest work for a price that the customer feels comfortable paying. If they feel like they are getting a benefit out of the work I'm doing I feel like that in itself is part of my paycheck.
I have enjoyed management. As an RCFE Administrator I am responsible for the training and supervision of caregivers whose job is to provide care for elderly residents impaired with mental and physical disabilities. I make sure the facility is in compliance with regulations and Community Care Licensing Division and documentations required by the California Department of Social Service are taken care of. I also oversee personalized care designed for every resident that provides them with assistance with medications, nutritional meals, bathing and grooming, cleaning, dressing, transportation, medical and dental needs, and implement programs for socialization and psychological care.
My diverse work experience as a Wild Land Fire Fighter (California Conservation Corps/ CAL FIRE), Carpenter, Construction Worker, Forklift Operator, Jouster (Renaissance Faires), and Environmental Research Scientist (Costa Rica), developed many other job skills that I can incorporate in any work position. And, I enjoy learning new things and working with people.
Thank you for taking the time to review my resume.

Semi Truck Rims
In and out of the Machine that cut the inner Diameter and Outer Diameter of the Rim
After the rim came out of the machine that cut the outer Diameter the machine operator would etch the outer diameter rim
Measured multiple dimensions of both the inner and outer diameter of the rims every hour for eight hours
After the inner diameter and outer diameter was etched and good to go
We would put the rims down a chute and the mechanical arm would cut or stencil indents on the outer and inner diameter rims while it was spun around on a machine
After the dimensions were cut there was a computer that recorded the pounds of force for both the inner and outer dimensions
