I'm a self motivated individual who loves driving. I have experience in multiple industries, with the ability to combine and apply the skills and knowledge from each. I'm a Responsible Truck Driver with expertise in planning routes, collecting payments, and resolving customer service issues. Bringing 8 years of related experience, good inspection skills and defensive driving abilities. Service-oriented with strong attention to detail, and a systematic approach to safety.
I assist clients with the purchase or sale of their home. Prepare and organize contracts, and help coordinate all parties involved in the transaction in order to meet deadlines and make sure all documentation is complete and correct. Prepare market analysis as well as Broker Price Opinions for properties in order to determine the value. (I still hold an active real estate license, but it is now currently placed with Curb Reality, However I am not currently acting aggressively as a real estate agent while I focus on getting my notary business established and running for the time being. I am still able to do real estate transactions if opportunities come in front of me though.)

I worked in the receiving docks assisting with unloading trailers by hand and with a forklift and throwing fright onto the conveyor belt. Collected empty pallets and loaded them into a trailer. I collected everyone's shrink wrap and cardboard with a fork lift and emptied them into the compression balers. I emptied and reset the balers. Cleaned, dusted and swept the entire receiving docks.
This was a second part-time job on my days off from Wal-Mart. I took vital signs of patients. Assisted patients with everyday needs including feeding hygiene, emotional support, bathing and other personal needs. Changed bedding. Helped patients move from their wheelchair, bed and other locations.
