5 years experience processing, coordinating, scheduling and facilitating NLCC/NC3 modifications with the NC3 WST to include gathering and synthesizing briefings for DoD, Joint Staff, and MAJCOM directorates. 6 years of NC3 Enterprise Configuration Management; DAU and University of Houston Configuration Management certified SME (2021). 15 years of experience with detailing Programming Plans (PPlans), Operational Plans (OPlans), NLCC/NC3, Force Protection, and Civil Engineering issues, and leading development, coordination and publication of new policy and guidance. 20 years experience as the lead, facilitator, and participant, in discussions, meetings, committees or special projects; considered an expert in presenting briefings and preparing recommendations/reports for 9 major weapon systems, to include NLCC/NC3, which may or may not be directly related to the DoD or NLCC/NC3 WST construct. 20 years of experience in supervisory/management positions to include directing and prioritizing work of subordinates, counseling/disciplining employees, and award/promotion recommendations. 6 years experience establishing, developing, and maintaining effective process management for the NLCC/NC3 Configuration Management and Configuration Control for maintenance of the NLCC/NC3 Weapon System baseline. 7 years experience conducting numerous Logistical Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs). 8 years experience participating and assisting in numerous MAJCOM airborne and non-airborne equipment, to include weapons, Military Working Dogs (MWDs), F22, A10, B1 Life Support, Communications, Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR), Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer (RED HORSE), and Prime Base Engineering Emergency Force (BEEF) allowance reviews. 5 years experience determining AFGSC Individual Protective Equipment (IPE), to include cold weather gear, CBRN, weapons, and ammo requirements. 7 years experience with the USAF budget and procurement process; planning, organizing, and directing programs, projects; proposals for current year and across the FYDP; including preparing/justifying procurement and operating budgets under organizational and congressional procedures. 5 years of experience as Base Realignment and Closures (BRAC) & Total Force Integration (TFI) Action Officer. 5 years of experience as Logistics, Force Protection and Civil Engineer for all facility site surveys and Site Action Task Forces (SATAFs) to identify requirements, determine costs, developing action items and milestones for long range force structure basing plans. 8 years of experience coordinating logistical, Force Protection and Civil Engineering issues with Air Combat Command (ACC), Headquarters Air Force, Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, foreign governments, and military agencies. 8 years of experience as Primary author of equipment stock levels and manpower requirements for airborne and non-airborne units, i.e. F-22, B-2, A-10, B-52, F-15, F-16, RED HORSE, etc… in new deployment arenas. 20 years of experience in logistics planning and supply chain management for airborne and non-airborne military weapon systems and associated support equipment. 14 years of experience with the Logistics Module (LOGMOD) system tracking unit personnel training, medical, mobility and maintenance schedules, and personnel/cargo processing.
