  • Active experience in high volume ship lightering operations sailing on the OSG Vision/OSG 350 and OSG Horizon/OSG 351.
  • Responsibility to my crew as a leader and manager in accordance with high personal standards, company and regulatory policies and procedures, Safety Management Systems, developing and maintaining initiatives to minimize and eliminate danger to personnel, the environment and the vessel.

  • Conduct new crew member orientation, implement vessel personnel development programs, and conduct vessel drills.
