- Assigned to Enlisted Plans & Policy Branch (OPNAV N132), I develop and implement vital Force Management and Distribution Management policies to improve fleet readiness, reduce gaps at sea, enhance quality of service (QoS), and expand career progression opportunities for ~ 270,000 + Navy enlisted Sailors.
- Ensures alignment of human capital policies with Chief of Naval Personnel (CNP) strategic guidance, streamlining HR administrative processes to enhance command focus on mission objectives.
- Coordinates with Fleet stakeholders to establish the CNP's annual benchmarks for the Retention Excellence Award (REA)/Best in Class (BIC) recognition program, driving a culture of excellence in retention practices.
- Action Officer, manages taskers, responds to inquiries from higher-echelon authorities, e.g., SECNAV, OSD, and Congress, on complex issues related to enlisted retention, force management, and continuum of service programs.
