  • Responsible for opening and operating Barbour by David Wood, a specialty store that exclusively sold the British outerwear brand Barbour
  • Hired staff, ran schedules and reported sales figures to Barbour Inc
  • Met and exceeded sales goals, strong customer relationships
  • In addition, I was also the head buyer of Barbour by David Wood and assisted the owner David Hodgkins with operating and managing his own store David Wood Clothiers.

  • I was hired by Alex Carleton, a national menswear designer to manage the opening of Rouges Gallery's first retail location in Portland ME
  • I was given an empty commercial space in Portland's Old Port and managed a team who designed, sub-contracted and launched the Rouges Gallery store
  • Rouges Gallery was a brand that received national attention and was written up in the New York Times among many other industry publications
  • Bought store assortment and merchandised and designed the store layout

  • I was hired to sell high end menswear that included custom suits, jackets, trousers and shirting
  • I quickly rose to become the top selling producer at the store and was promoted to assistant manager
  • I learned how to measure men for made to measure clothing and worked closely with store tailor to mark garments for alteration
  • Assisted the owner with buying decisions

I have built two professional grade Pompeii style pizza ovens. I fed Martha Stewart my pizza at a party I catered and she claimed it to be the best she has had. I enjoy travel, snowboarding, exploring coastal Maine, family, friends & playing my Telecaster guitar.
