Primary and secondary cable installation,removal,termination.

Pad mounted transformer,cabinet and switchgear installation,make up and maintenance.

Inspect completed work to ensure

compliance with specifications,and safety regulations.

Storm response and restoration.

Oversee training of new employees and apprentices.

• Stocking materials, excavating by hand and machine, installing and building underground equipment. Framing poles, terminating secondary, primary, feeder cable in pad mount transformers, switch gears, splice pits, underground vaults, Installation of decorative street lights. Overhead to underground conversions on residential and commercial buildings. Storm restoration work.

• Perform job site hazard analysis and crew briefings. Collaborate with engineers to revise drawings in the field. Lay out material, set up fire protection, inspect structures, prep work area and check fitment of material to be attached to structure. Aerial welding and installation of structural supports and microwave equipment to heights of 600'. Overseer of company welding procedures, employee certifications and QC of work performed. High angle rope rescue, competent climber certified. OSHA 10, first aid/CPR/AED certified.

• Inspect and determine ground line treatment of wood power poles, visual inspections of concrete power poles. Infrared inspection and photo documentation of overhead powerlines, equipment and substations.
