• Conducted clinical assessments on each patient.
• Made treatment center referral to each patient based off of their clinical needs.
• Built a strong rapport with family and loved ones of the patient to ensure their needs are being met.
• Always maintained HIPAA law/regulations.
• Assisted in helping patients find treatment centers outside of the Sunspire network if they required a higher level of care or insurance was not covering.
