Working through the ranks at Public Works. I started off working on the back of the Recycling truck, to driving the truck, then into all other departments. Finally ending up at Assistant Superintendent. In 2021 the Borough had a contract with a landscaping contractor to maintain all of Borough property. This work included weekly grass cutting, edging, shrub trimming, fertilizing, spring and fall cleanups. I was able to start our own landscaping department, purchasing 3 zero turn mowers and other power equipment including a write on spreader for fertilizer. Not only did this save the Borough money, but our grounds are spotless and clean and have never looked better.
