My goal is to advance into a higher leadership role, and the position of Corporate Beverage Manager is one I have long aspired to achieve in the company.

I started my business as a side gig to create unique and personalized cocktails for clients, then evolved as the world adapted to the Covid-19 pandemic. Over the last 7 years I have created custom drinks and experiences for a multitude of affairs, including full beverage menus for private events, virtual happy hours for national corporations, his & hers wedding cocktails, mixology courses, and introduced the ‘Custom Quarantini Project’ at the onset of the pandemic, the latter of which went viral and landed me on the local news.

During my tenure at the Crystal Hotel property, I progressed from Bar AM of Ringler’s Annex to overseeing all functions of the Hal’s Cafe bar- including having full autonomy of the cocktail program, working with numerous vendors to procure cost-efficient products while maintaining cocktail integrity, and curating a diverse spirit selection. I also assisted Bars Manager Matt Brindos in the creation and development of house-infused spirits, syrups, shrubs, bitters and craft cocktails. I trained all incoming bartenders, headed the safety committee for the Crystal Hotel property, and was in charge of our location’s social media accounts.

ACTIVITIES
During my college tenure, I volunteered at local public schools educating children in math and science, environmental impact, and sustainability. I have also organized and participated in benefit concerts to raise funds for victims of sexual abuse, low-income residents, and students with disabilities.
