  • Worked on both secret and standard work station networks as administrator and technician
  • Managed decommissioning and replacement of several hundred computers through multiple network upgrades
  • Regular account management on Active directory
  • Collaborative oversight of network infrastructure for the Coast Guard through out all of Cape Cod and the Islands.

  • Tested 90 fiber runs for the Fiber Network aboard a 270’ platform while documenting loss and coordinating replacement of network infrastructure with team of contractors
  • Performed four movements of an entire network within two days each; including 45 work stations, two servers and six switches
  • Acted as on call help technician for up to 109 users at a time during the three year billet
  • This required customer service ability with members ranging from junior to senior
