I have been working in the field of Cathodic Protection for the past 12 years. During this time, I have gained extensive experience in installing and maintaining Cathodic Protection systems for various industries, including oil, gas and water pipelines. I have a deep understanding of the principles of Cathodic Protection and have worked on projects of varying complexities. I have experience in running crews and filling out the proper paperwork for projects.
Install and service cathodic protection (corrosion control) systems on external surfaces of buried metallic structures, surfaces of metal waterfront structures and internal surfaces of tanks containing electrolytes. Some specific duties performed are thermite welding, running conduit, installing pipe coating systems, pulling wire, mounting junction boxes and electrodes, splicing wires and general service work.
