15+ years combined Quality Assurance and Control experience. In my current role as Quality Control Lab Leader I am responsible for coordinating with site leadership and area managers to drive metrics attainment, continuous improvement, ensure compliance, lead customer audit/visit support, and drive accountability. I manage a team of 42 Quality Control Technicians who operate on a 24/7/365 schedule across three Quality Control labs on site. I have strong QMS experience as a certified ISO9001 lead auditor. My prior years of experience as a quality assurance engineer for automotive and aerospace has provided me great exposure to AS9100 as well as IATF standard.
