Hay making. Cut, rake red and bale (both rounds and squares) of orchard grass, fescue mixed dry hay as well as wrapped baleage of mixed grasses, wheat, sudan, and oats.

Row Crop. Experience in combining corn, oats, wheat, and beans as well as picking corn for feed. More importantly detailed in ground preparation, fertilization, and time frame of planting/harvesting.

Forage. Experienced in making feed such as grinding corn, grains and mixed rations. Experience with chopping corn for silage as well as grass silage and fermentation.

Beef cattle. Angus, Charolais, Charolais/Angus mix as well as experience with Jersey, Red Angus and Holstein. Providing feed, care and maintenance and breeding, both naturally and Artificially.

Excel in land preservation, maintenance of fence as well as building new fence.

Managing of associates in an ever evolving retail environment. Providing the best customer service possible while still meeting expectations of department standards, cleanliness, and company goals. Consistently coaching staff to continuously strive to be better every day. Meeting and exceeding financial goals within the department thru daily process completions and best practices.
